This time of the year most mornings are a 5.30am start so I can get a training session in. I love it, especially as the days are getting longer and warmer. Anyone else’s glasses fog up in cold weather ♀️🤦♀️, glad I don’t have to worry about that happening for a while .
First thing in the morning, I can't stomach food and find I train best fasted.
A cold drip coffee though is perfect – ready straight out of the fridge when I’m still half asleep and a quick perk me up so I can get moving but gentle on my stomach ♀️🧘♀️🏋️♀️.
