As a roaster, our job is to choose beans that have a great deal of potential, and unlock it by rigorously roasting, cupping, analyzing, and repeating, striving each time to achieve the best roast yet. We hope to do our best to showcase the hard work and quality that the farmers have produced. This is why every production roast is cupped, and every pot of handbrew is tested.
