I've always had a problem with my muffin top, even as a teenager, but since kids I never imagined it was possible for it to get worse. Low rider jeans no longer belong in my closet, high waist all the way It didn't matter what exercises I did, it never helped, and it was always my biggest insecurity.
Over the past year I have learned SO MANY amazing tools to help with this insecurity, my nutrition 🥦🥕 being the main one. My mid section is far from my favorite part of my body, but even after 3 kids, I can gladly say, my muffin top is definitely not what it used to be. ~
