This reminds me of my GPS. It always asks me if I want the fastest route, but sometimes that means more tolls or it takes me through back roads that I'm not really comfortable taking. Sometimes fast isn't always the best route for me.
This can also be true on our weight loss journey. Sometimes we want things to go faster, so we start taking short cuts or adding in products that look cheaper in the store, but all that does is slow down our weight loss.
Forward is the right choice. Follow your coach, she is showing you the shortest route to your desired destination.
