Do Carbohydrates makes you FAT?!
FYI, Carbohydrates are one of the 3 macronutrients. They should be body’s main source of energy in a healthy, balanced diet providing about 4 kcal/gram.
Not only Carbs, but any food will make you gain weight, if you OVER-EAT!! Whether your diet is high in fat or high in carbs, if you frequently consume more energy than your body uses , you’re likely to gain weight. Relatable??
Carbs are not evil. They don’t make you fat. Infact, you can lose body fat while being on a high carb diet( make sure you are eating a bit less that your maintenance calories). Moreover, carbs will help in improving your energy levels and atheletic performance at the same time.
