Life is busy & sometimes I don't have time to be making a blend or thinking about which oil I need today which is why I am a big fan of the emotional blends.
doTERRA have done the hard work for me so I can just grab whichever emotion I'm feeling or needing & be on my way. The blended oils are also great for family members who don't really know what they need or may not be familiar with the single oil options.
I came home from work one day last week & my partner had been into the oils, I could smell them as soon as I opened the door. He told me "I'm self medicating with some Motivate & I'm getting sh%t done!" I actually had a little chuckle to myself.
Passion is great for when you're just not feeling it. Passion helps to bring out your joy, playfulness & creativity. It also helps you break free from routine & simply enjoy life.
Forgive helps to let go of bitterness, hostilities & mistakes yourself, or others, may have made that you are holding onto. It reminds you to be tolerant & empathetic - to treat others how you want to be treated.
Motivate 🧡 is the getting sh%t done blend. It gives you the kick that you need to stop procrastinating & be productive. Motivate is great in the diffuser when you have kids (or partners) who need some help to get going, especially in the mornings.
Console is full of comfort. It helps to put you at ease in times of loss, grief, trauma & emotional pain. It helps you feel comforted and start healing the hurt.
Cheer is all about uplifting & brightening your mood. It helps you to find the good in life & reminds you life isn't always going to be tough. It brings joy & hope back when you think all is lost.
Peace is the reassuring blend that helps you to let go of being afraid, feeling out of control or tense. Peace is calming, making you feel at ease & contented.
These 6 blends were regulars for us already but they have been my go-to over the past few months. I'm loving the combo of Cheer & Console which have pretty much become my signature scent to help me deal with the challenges life has been dishing out of late.
