When the shirt gets tucked in, playtime is over
Not really- my shirt is pretty much always tucked in. My sense of gym fashion is extremely "90s dad". _
Had a great leg session today with @weapon_h on his birthday so I had to be damn sure to bring some energy.
Took 425 for 3 today and it felt pretty damn good. This is 10lbs off of my PB and I can smell a new best coming up soon. Previously I hit 405x5 (not shown) which is a rep PR
Really finding that, for big lifts like squats and deadlifts, I seem to improve quicker with low total volume (<13 working reps total) which allows me to hit accessories with much more of a purpose, as well as improving recovery from session to session.
This, of course, would differ from movement to movement based on how much practice I've gotten in that particular exercise, as well as how long it takes for me to recover from that specific movement. - 53 minutes ago
