This back workout right here will destroyyyy your back . I really loved every minute of it. I’m about 10 weeks out from my show and i’m starting to see some solid definition. I hit my lowest weigh in this morning at 161.1lbs but I’m still looking to loose another 10 pounds which is unreal lol. ————————————————————————Workouts

Standing Low Cable Row 5x12
For these I suggest letting your lats fully extend and when pulling in, try to tighten as much of your core so that your form remains consistent. For lat pulldown, something I try to do is think about connecting my elbow to my side and that helps me engage them more. ————————————————————————
