A few days ago, I talked about my fitness journey on my IG story. I was saying that I’m just not sure I’m up for 5-6 workouts a week anymore. I don’t really know if I want results right now. I’ve just been feeling kind of “meh” about the whole thing.
I am so grateful for all of you ladies who reached out to me! The general consensus was I needed to mix it up and do some things differently!
So this morning I went out to the shop and I drug my spin bike THROUGH the snow () and into the house. I signed up for a 3 month Peloton membership and BAM. I’m EXCITED again!
This is the first time in my life I truly feel like “I don’t have time” to workout, but I know better. I know it’s about making time and making it a nonnegotiable part of my day.
So here’s to mixing it up, keeping thing fresh, and getting back to being consistent. I’m not doing it for the results. It’s about having confidence and energy to tackle all the craziness that is #momlife ! - 12 hours ago
