6 weeks ago I was tired all the time, no energy whatsoever, cranky/moody, clothes didn’t fit comfortably, bloated all the time, bad physical condition, binge eater, not really happy with my appearance, I’ll be having sugar cravings all the time, addicted to food, hormones all over the place, hungry all the time even thought I just had eaten.. and the list goes on.
Now the most important of all I’m Happier, I’m also more energetic, less stressed, clothes are fitting better, hormones are balancing 🏼, haven’t gotten bloated as often, I’m not binge eating 🏼 no more Sugar Cravings, or crazy cravings like I use to, my physical performance has improved so much, no more binge eating 🏻♀️, I feel more confident, my self-stem has improved a ton & I’ve learned what really Self Love is So much improvement & so many victories accomplished I’m not giving up & never going Back!
