Today was a bad day. After lots of sobbing and crying I decided that I was going to actively do something to help me feel better. I quickly jotted down my ideas. These are things that distract me from my emotions, long enough for me to be able to think more rationally. I’m going to put a face mask on, paint my nails and watch a movie I think. I hope you guys maybe find my little list helpful.
Also, look at the lovely pieces @bbulletjournal did for me! Ive made sure to keep them next to me today so that whenever I start to feel bad again, I read them and remember that it will be okay. - 58 minutes ago
