Some Saturday fall morning cauliflower oats. I’ve been OBSESSED with cauli oats lately. I have a tendency to get low blood sugar shortly after normal oats, but with cauliflower I feel fuller for a lot longer. It also is a TON of volume so I feel like I’m getting a lot of food. And, it leaves me with some carbs for things like sautéed apples . Costco sells organic riced cauliflower that is awesome. Super good, healthy, easy, and sets you up for a successful Saturday. Weekends aren’t excuses to go bat . Definitely a couple treats if you want, but don’t let a treat become a free for all that makes it hard to get back on track come Monday!
1 cup cauliflower oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1 serving protein powder
Pumpkin or apple pie seasoning
Sautéed apples (apples, butter, cinnamon, stevia)
Cook cauliflower on stovetop is best, then top with apples and peanut butter! I used @legendaryfoods Apple pie which made it like 10x better! - 5 hours ago
