In chronological order. 
Balance has improved. I'm constantly focusing my quality in reps and form, without isolating to handstand specific training. Proof of results, alignment is solid and stable but alot of improvements is still needed.

Just recovered from a cold, 2 days off feels like 2 years. 
Rest of week I will be lightwork and focusing on neglected skills (handstands) till energy is back to norms.  @the_bodyweight_gym for the reminder πŸ™

It's easy to get comfy so don't get lost in easy work.  Concentrate on skillset you dislike and can't do. In the end it will all come together and assist eachother.

Keeping up with life demands can be quite challenging.. mentally. In the end you gotta do what needs to be done with quality.

Planche from 2015 vs now 2018

2015 I stepped down from reps&sets to focus more on planche. In the end the sacrifice was not worth it for me personally and after 6 months went back to repping. 
Nowadays 90% it is reps&sets. Took a few goes to get familiar with the technique after a few goes but I definitely feel more stable, stronger and muscle awareness. 
Bit of freestyle reps at the end

1st slide is no form (high risk injuries/too much momentum/lack of ROM) 25% of gains

2nd slide is with form and controlled (low risk injuries/more muscle activation/controlled moment/full ROM/no momentum)
100% gains
