Beer pickled jalapenos!!! Easily some of the best I've had, and super easy to make! A nice sweetness in the begining following with that heat. An aroma of fresh beer soaked jalapenos, that still have a crunch!
6 large jalapenos sliced
1 cup acv
1 cup beer..i used Montecore Oktoberfest from @austinbeerworks
Place jalapenos in a mason jar
Mix the rest in a pot and heat just until sugar and salt dissolve. Mine didn't even get to a boil.
Pour over jalapenos, lid em up and let cool. Place in fridge after cooled and wait until the next day. .
