So this week I moved coffee day to Tuesday! Sometimes stress gets the best of me like it has this week. I’m stressed about my surgery Friday and it’s making it hard for me to do work or create. Ever feel like that? .
So, what am I doing about it? I’m reframing “anxiety” to “excitement.” I’m also making myself work no matter how hard it is. The last major this is keeping the small things that make me happy. For instance, I love having my morning coffee and watching House Hunters International. It makes me happy and is a big stress reliever. .
