After a much need day of rest yesterday I was ready to get at it! I am nursing a injured Achilles Tendon so I’ve been limiting the amount of jumping or the type of jumping recently. Instead of yesterday’s Plyometric workout this was definitely worth every bit of sweat pouring from my body! While I got my sweat on the dogs hit the treadmill and my peanut observed and kept time with counting down in between rounds!
KB Swings x 20
Grass Hopper Full Burpee x 10
Jump Squats x 20
Weighted Oblique Crunches x 20 2:1
Weighted Side Plank Hip Dips x 20 2:1
Repeat 4 times, after each round completed 50 2:1 alt Battle Rope Slams increasing reps by 25 each round.
Every 40 seconds for 2 rounds
