It's hard to get back into the swing of your routine when you've had a couple days off. When you're in a routine, every things automatic and you run basically on auto-pilot.

Taking a few days off, going on holidays, getting sick can all throw a spanner in the works. So how do you get back into your routine?

You start by doing. Period. Not sitting there on your ass, wishing and hoping and complaining about not being a routine. You go back to the gym, you do your workout (even if it's just half of what you were doing before your break) and don't expect it to be your best workout ever. Then the next day, you do the exact same thing. In a week or two, you're back into your routine.
