1️⃣find a few types of movement that work for you!!! stress + stagnation = unhappiness + holding onto unneeded fat. ease + variety = a fabulous YOU!
2️⃣take a vocab inventory!!! your words dictate your mindset and your mindset dictates your LIFE. negative words lead to negative experiences and perspectives.
3️⃣find worth from other places!!!! what you look like does NOT equal your value. take some time to think about why you’re freaking incredible and how you’ve already made an impact on the world.
4️⃣treat your body nicely!!!! feed it amazing food, keep it clean, spoil it with a face mask + bath, let it relax. you deserve it.
