Accountability eliminates the time and effort you spend on distracting activities and other unproductive behavior. When you make yourself accountable for your actions, you're effectively disciplining yourself as well as teaching others to value their progress. When done right, accountability can increase your skills and confidence while helping others achieve goals!
Left picture was taken in April 2018. Right picture was the previous Sunday after my show October 21, 2018. I lost a total of 20 lbs through diet ( 5 portioned meals of proteins, carbs, green veggies and healthy fats). Yes my meals were manipulated to increase fat loss! Yes I weight trained and did cardio 6-7 days a week gym time ranging from 1 to 2 1/2 hrs! I drank at-lease a gallon of water per day. Yes I made sure to sleep at least 7 hours per day! I took daily vitamins and minerals. My body fat was low and still maintained a menstrual cycle. Overall we tried to stay healthy so I could perform better. What I’m saying is I did all of this with a full time job plus OT ranging from 9. To 11 hours a day! and living with MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS ! If I can do it, you can too. Do not let obstacles/ distractions keep you from achieving, dreaming, living! Give yourself the best chance at happiness! Don’t cheat yourself! It’s time to start working on those goals! So let’s get to it! Love y’all! For real , all the encouragement and messages kept me going and I thank everyone for it! You all pushed me and now I want to pay it forward!!!
