Yes, I totally get you and understand completely!! I've been there and still have my moments!
About 3 years ago I was introduced to these color coded, food portion control containers ( which I was skeptical at first...thought oh boy another fad!! But quickly found out I was wrong), which has helped me BALANCE my nutrition soooo much better for me and my family and that's been huge for me!! Because I've seen a change in my mindset about food....it's fuel for your mind and body!! And that emotional eating has improved soooo much!!
