We are about 48 hours into this move.
I told Nick: Now I know what we’ve been training for all these years.
And yes, this is my dinner.
One of my biggest hang ups that stopped me from losing weight was that I didn’t want to give up my favorite foods.
“Healthy food” sounded bland, dry and boring.
It doesn’t have to be — and you don’t have to give up the less nutritious options either.
Like tonight. I had frozen yogurt with hot fudge and all the toppings that I could fit.
Do I do this often? No.
However, it’s not a “cheat” (I’m not doing anything wrong).
It’s not anything to feel guilty about (it’s just a food choice, not who I am as a person).
It’s part of a balanced life, and my only rule is that I enjoy the hell out of it. 🏼 - 2 days ago
