This morning I failed to complete my workout. I actually made it to the gym, so I didn't completely fail, but i didn't fuck shit up like i usually do on back day. Back day is my fav!!
I sat in the car for 20mins. When I finally got inside I only managed to get through 3/4 of my program. I didnt do my cardio. I left, got home, and went back to bed for an hour.
On the drive home in my mind I pulled out of my next show. I sat there thinking about excuses not to do it. Some of them incredibly valid, but excuses none the less. I even went as far as to look up other federations to see what shows I could do that are a little later in the year.
But I have my dress. My bikini is being designed. I will find the money for the travel costs to get to Sydney. I am a badass mother fucker who might trip, but I always get back up. Tonight I will do my cardio. And tomorrow I will get up and try to do better than today. - 8 minutes ago
