What is the warranty on all the parts?
Frame and Fork – Lifetime against manufacturing defects.
Battery and Motor – 2 years against manufacturing defects.
Wiring Harness and Head Unit – 1 year against manufacturing defects.
All non-E-Bike components – 1 year against manufacturing defects.
What is the life expectancy of the battery?
The battery will drop to 98% life after 200 charges. The life will continue to reduce until around 800 charges, when the battery is expected to be replaced.
How far can I ride before re-charging?
The answer varies based on what mode, terrain, incline, etc. you are riding the bike. Generally speaking, when fully charged, Eco Mode (lowest power output) will go 80 – 90 miles, Sport + (highest power output) will go about 35 – 40 miles. The middle settings can be estimated at a median number between low and high output.
How long does it take to re-charge the battery?
400 watt – 3.5 hours from flat
500 watt – 4.5 hours from flat
What percentage/ratio of support does the motor have?
This varies based on what drive mode you are in. The most accurate numbers we have are:
Eco – 50%
Eco + - 100%
Normal – 175%
Sport – 250%
