This set is so perfectly balanced it is almost iconic 😜 What can be better than bice’n’trice superset?! My arms always refuse to cooperate in an endless journey towards legendary mass, but at the same time it is so tempting to hit a traditional beach set.

Właśnie tym kettlem robiłem przed chwilą clean + jerk przez 30 minut z wielokrotną zmianą ręki bez odkładania kuli na ziemię.
Oceniam lepiej niż myślałem. Wychodziło ok 11-12 powtórzeń na minutę.

Voglio farvi una domanda, prendetevi del tempo per riflettere, per rispondere, prendetevelo perché la risposta, o meglio, la consapevolezza della risposta che darete, potrebbe cambiare molte cose. —- “Cosa vi renderebbe felici?” In questo momento, dove identificate la felicità? Se lo chiedessi in giro, per strada, le persone mi risponderebbero con una facilità disarmante. Una macchina che è appena uscita e mi vorrei tanto comprare, un viaggio che mi vorrei fare da tempo, quella casetta in centro, proprio vicino al mio ufficio, con quel bel terrazzo... —- Tutte risposte sensate ma, al contempo, risposte di chi è destinato a non toccare mai la felicità per davvero.
Il problema è che la felicità, come il successo, viene sempre associata ad elementi esterni. Un oggetto, un’esperienza, tutte cose che dovrebbero farci raggiungere un sentimento di benessere, ed è così, ma non è felicità. E’ appagamento, momentaneo, labile appagamento. Nulla di male, è essenziale appagarci nella vita. Il problema è che in questo modo si crea tanta distanza da quella che è la vera felicità. —- La felicità è un qualcosa di interno, di profondamente intimo, un sentimento che bisogna saper ritrovare nel nostro Io, nel nostro profondo. Sta nascosto dentro di noi, a volte in superficie, per molti nel profondo, ma sta lì.. vi è da sempre.

Example Let's say you want to curl 100 lbs of barbell to target the biceps.  You can't curl it with strict form, but if you use your hips and extend your back really quickly using momentum to bring the bar up, you can bang out like 8-10 reps. 📍The Misconception and the Problem This has been a common misconception with many people in the gym that lifting heavier and cheating the weight up, it will help you increase the weight when you do strictly reps. 📍The problem with that is, you have actually reduced the amount of weight you are lifting by cheating.  Let me explain ... If you are able to lift 50 lbs for 8 reps with the last rep being the absolute max with good strict form, and then you do 100 lbs with cheating for 8 reps.  You aren't lifting the other 50 lbs with your biceps anymore.You start swinging and using your hips.  If your MAX 8 reps is 50 lbs, there is no way you're lifting 100 lbs with your biceps only.
