FINALLY! I’ve been watching many people do this new workout program in a test group, and while it won’t be released until July, I was able to get my hands on a preview of it today (DM me if you want the link!)! Y’all, this workout did not disappoint!
In the last three years, I have done programs ranging from 7 days to 80 days. Each program has taught me new things about myself, and has allowed me to build on my strengths as well as my weaknesses. Some have been a mental battle, some a physical battle, but I’m always up for pushing myself to just be better and show up for myself... no matter what kind of enemy I might be facing.
This new program is a program unlike any other that I have done. It’s no specific number of days, but it’s 100 workouts! You can go as slow or as fast as you want, you just have to commit to 100 workouts... 100 UNIQUE workouts, 20-30 min each (just a tiny part of your day!), performed to the music of a live DJ on set. Seriously, how cool is that??! And from what I experienced today, I’m anticipating feeling like a super badass starting on day 1!
While I still have a few weeks to wait, I am so excited for this program to start. But what would be even better than just doing to program myself, would be sharing this experience with someone else, because there’s nothing I love more than watching other women crush goals and find a new spark to light up their life!
