Give it your all, and it will pay off!! I've set new goals for my self, and now it's time to FINALLY get where I want to be. I have been thinking it so many times now, but never really kicked myself enough in the butt to make it happen.. I am dreaming of getting a ass that I like (honestly I don't like it as it is..), and I am also aiming to get stronger and more fit all over. So LET'S GOO!! I'm gonna push myself even more, because this is something I really, really want to succeed with.
Today I got in a good legday at @easyfitaalesund after work. But I have to say puuh, it's gonna be SOO DAMN good to come home to my gym for a few days now. I reeally to be there!! Anyway, I did supersets with these exercises
️ TODAYS ROUTINE:
A1 Kickbacks 3x12 reps
A2 Sidekicks 4x10 reps
B1 Deep squats 4x8 reps
B2 Good mornings 4x12 reps
C1 Leg press 4x10 reps
C2 Leg curl 4x12 reps
D1 Leg extension 3x10 reps
