The swolemate @vegabraxus showed me this voodoo magic exercise back in the day. •  I call them the Bruce Lee Tea Cups. One of my absolute favorite warm up exercises before any kind of pressing work out. •

A great exercise to strengthen and mobilize the arm and shoulder from the wrist-elbow-and shoulder joint before Arm Bars and Kimura’s in Jiu Jitsu 🥋 •

My elbow was bothering me after some paused front squats so I threw these in before Bench Press and it helped a ton. Try them out and comment below with your thoughts 💭

Kaum hat man Deadliftsocken, kommen auch die Rekorde! Gestern, am 10.12.2018, die 100 kg Bankdrücken und heute, den 11.12.2018, die 170 kg im Deadlift. 😡😱
Ich muss sagen, dass ich seeeehr viel besser geworden bin. Das liegt einerseits an den neuen Geräten und andererseits am Fokus auf den Sport💪
Körpergewicht liegt so bei 110-113 kg; ist ja auch Weihnachtszeit (red' es dir ruhig ein, Dominic😆).

Just putting in the work. Want to log all of my compounds onto Instagram, so I can look back in the future. Showing that it's not always exciting PB heavy singles/doubles/triples, just doing what's considered "boring" work. But it's an essential part of the process to create those massive PB's next year. Staying healthy (injury free) will be the key for long term success.

The big points to focus on here are /⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

- To keep the bar as stable and close to parallel as possible. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
- Slow and controlled negatives with constant tension throughout the movement. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
- Lastly, focus on keeping hips & shoulders neutral and try to minimise any twisting. ✊🏻/ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Just because an exercise looks cool or impressive on YouTube, it doesn't mean that you should be doing it too.

For example, if you want to look jacked, you need to put as much tension into the muscle as possible to BUILD THE MUSCLE. If you're standing on a bosu ball doing squats and/or curls, you're not able maximize the tension, and you're wasting your time.

You need to stick to the basics because they work. Is it boring? Maybe. Does it work? Yes. In all honest, you know what's more impressive than squatting on a bosu ball? Being able to squat 400lbs, bench press 300lbs, deadlift 500lbs, and row 200lbs. You'll get more jacked by doing this too.
