Calling all over-thinkers & analyzers!
Do you want to be more mindful but your brain is ah-mazing at going 100 mph?
I feel you!! When I first started meditating, I couldn’t quiet my mind. It was so frustrating to want to have this beautiful mindfulness practice but feel blocked by my racing thoughts. Sound familiar?
Then I realized that if I stretched BEFORE I did my meditation, my mind was so much more quiet.
+ Stretch for 5-10 mins prior to starting your meditation.
+ Set a realistic goal to begin with, I find 2 minutes at a time to be perfect for beginners.
+ Use a guided meditation or calming music.
+ ALLOW thoughts to come, be acknowledged, and pass through.
+ If you fidget, just allow it and then refocus.
+ Focus on your Breath.
