Smile - Smiling releases endorphins, making us feel better but also sharing those feel good vibes with anyone we meet. We crave connection, we need it, yet often we don't connect with the people in our own environment everyday. The postman, the woman walking her dog, the cashier in the shop. Slow down from your busy day and take 5 seconds to connect. Smiling is infectious and it allows us to communicate with others of different races, beliefs, abilities, no matter where you are in the world. Smile, notice how different you mind and body feels. Smile at the poeple you meet today along your way.
Sit for you practice today and simply smile. Smile at the person serving/ helping you. Smile when you say thank you.
