Escape Craft Brewery is a small craft brewery that is close to its community. Its beer is not like Stone, Hangar 24, or brand that can be found on the shelf 100 miles away from where it is sourced. Escape is dedicated to brewing a high quality product for its local community.
Escape has a great atmosphere. The brewery is kid friendly with plenty of activities around for kids and a dedicated area where you can find kids toys. The venue is very dog friendly. I haven’t been to a brewery where I interacted as many dogs I met.
There are two halves to the brewery. The taproom itself has 26 taps. The brewery has craft soda for kids along with other regular sodas available for purchase. A gluten free beer - a hard seltzer - is available on tap. The other side of the brewery can be reserved for events. Before I left, the area was being prepped for a wedding reception.
I sampled Brutiful Mind, a Brut IPA with tangerines; Odelay, a Mexican Lager with citrus; Catching Stars, a New England hazy IPA; and Redlands Night, an orange blossom Blonde. Brutiful Mind has a light grapefruit feel, a pleasant tangy tangerine touch, and smooth to the mouthfeel. Odelay has a hop to its body and a very light lime tone. Catching Stars has a juicy mango to its citrus with galaxy hops with it, equinox sensed from the finish, and orbit noticed with the mango and citrus take. Redlands Night is delicious with notes of orange blossom, lemon, and wheat. Afterwards, I tried “Hold Me Close, AprilKoser,” a Belgian apricot wheat beer. The apricot was juicy and blended amazingly with the Belgian yeast.
Escape Craft Brewery is an amazing craft brewery. Their small stature allows them to deliver a high quality product to its immediate community. Escape has been around for four years. The attention to detail to its final product should not be overlooked and highly recommend anyone to put Escape on your map.
I need to mention Juice of the Empire. Juice of the Empire is a hazy IPA collaborated between Escape, Ritual, and Hangar 24. Its an outstanding hazy with an unbelievable orange, apricot, and coriander body. It is my favorite beer right now. *** continued in comments - 1 hour ago
