Yesterday I was on call and awake for 22 hours working. Late night/early morning call definitely throws my vibes off, but I still hold myself accountable to my goal and OF COURSE listen to my body:

SUPERFOOD me please!😉
Chia Blueberry Quinoa Oatmeal with a Jumbo Sweet Potato. (cinnamon and dates on my sweet potato today) Instead of sweetener add 3-4 tbsp of greek yogurt to the bowl. Yum!  Quick, easy, high in fiber, protein and NO guilt.. So filling. It will keep me from snacking all afternoon.  Made 2 servings so I can share with my 2 littles.. I still won't be able to finish this whole bowl. (about 480 calories) cost about $1. No excuses!! .
Eat according to your goals.. Skipping meals is never an option.. Happy Tuesday,  Fitfam!

Pump was real 🔥Do you ever struggle with achieving a solid, vascular pump? Here’s some reasons why you might not be performing how you’d like ⤵️

1. Nutrition - you need an efficient supply of glycogen to fill up your muscles making them look full. Water & sodium also play a role in achieving a fuller more vascular pump. Make sure you’ve eaten adequate carbs prior to training, salt your meals with Himalayan salt, and drink plenty of H2O.

Body Fat - this will really only effect your vascularity and definition, in the off season you should be pumped everyday 😎 each of us hold body fat in the common areas, but the amount will vary between each person depending on variables such as % of body fat, % of muscle, and genetics. You become more vascular as your body fat drops, so if you want more vascularity you need to be in a caloric deficit for a long period of time to reach that desired composition.
