I can't do a pull-up!! Seriously, not one. I haven't been able to do a pull-up since high school. Sad I know, but it's true. I've been too heavy and I've always neglected my back and forearms. Day 41 of my transformation: Body Fat down from 28.6% to 26.1. Still in Onederlad territory 😜 very happy with the changes specially on my face, neck and belly. Also feeling more fat adapted and with a lot of energy. Late late workout Saturday night: Upper body and 1 hour of swimming. Feeling great. I managed to get 130 reps in. I think I could have got more if I paced myself better. Will have to do it again sometime to see if can get maybe 160/170 reps.

#Burpees are just one of those exercises that are never fun, especially when you are jumping over a bar in between. By jumping I mean casually stepping over because you are exhausted.

But because of this I have always put too much weight on and not focused on form. Not that my form is perfect yet but I'm trying to be humble and drop the weight back and concentrate on form and make that mind-muscle connection.

After 40 days on Keto and daily workouts except when I had to spend the gym time shoveling snow. 24.4 lbs lost. SW: 221.5 CW: 196.1 GW: 155-160 The progress has been slower than my first time on keto, but this time I have not been tracking macros. I have simply been eyeing my portions and limiting carbs to the ones in vegetables and nuts (pecans and peanuts). I have noticed that when I eat more than 1/4 cup of peanuts, there is no weight loss. Let’s keep going strong. I will always say that if I can do this, anybody else can. #AccountabilityPost I did it!! Home alone with little man today since hubby is at work and I got a workout in!💪 First good workout in awhile! Got a good arm pump, some legs, and some cardio acceleration thrown in before little guy got too fussy. I just completed the third workout in @jimstoppani shortcut to shred program. 🎉 During the week I only have about 2 max (on a good day) to get a workout in. So I haven't been able to complete one yet. 
But it's the freakin' weekend, baby! 
It took me 2.5 hours and a lot of grunting, but I got it done!! 💪💪💪 I'm exhausted, buy oh so happy. 
Anyone needs else have a secret love affair with battle ropes?

My foot scale had me at 18.7% on a lower body BEI measurement, this handheld has me at 21.3% on an upper body BEI. If I take the two and dive by 2, it would get me in around 20%. I feel like I'm higher than that though. I know these devices are inconsistent, but I'll keep using them together at the exact time and under the same circumstances to track my progress going forward.

Post workout prep - Six Star Creatine and Jym mass shake. I take the creatine right after I'm done working out, it's high in creatine and has 5g of sugar! On my way home I drink the protein shake to start feeding the muscles right away. This is the only time I drink a shake, real food for the rest of the day, at least 5 to 6x's.

Trying hard to focus on form here. My press movements have always been my poorest form and so trying to get the elbows in the right spot, making sure my shoulders aren't pushing through on bench etc.

Also after two full weeks of eating the calories I need and getting my creatine saturated again I'm feeling much stronger now. I think I will need to increase the weight a bit next week. But we'll see and I'm still trying to get used to the two a day workouts.

My press movements have always been my poorest form and so trying to get the elbows in the right spot, making sure my shoulders aren't pushing through on bench etc. Also after two full weeks of eating the calories I need and getting my creatine saturated again I'm feeling much stronger now. Do you warm up before lifting and stretch after? -
I dedicate about 5-10min to warm up. It’s all dependent on the time of day I’m lifting and whether I just did cardio.

Here is a small glimpse of how I use bands to warm up/ stretch after my treadmill jog. -
I am so proud that I can jog now, where at first it was painful just to walk. I can tell by the video that I have a slight limp which explains why my good knee has been hurting bc I am overcompensating for the injured one.... I actually hadn’t noticed until I watched this video 🤷🏽‍♀️

Getting better everyday but still hard as fuuu....woke up today feeling lighter so that made it feel good. Then killed Back with Squat supersets. Loving getting back into my squats. Its one of those powerful compound exercises. Works a lot of different muscles at the same time. Jumped on the elliptical and did my mile. It was tough after the squats but I'm still in my blubber phase so I just have to push when I can....Happy Friday ya'll

As a result I feel stronger than ever have dropped to a weight that I’ve not been for a long time and even got my first pull ups 💪🏻

Yes I did gain 70lbs in my pregnancy 🤷🏽‍♀️ Actually with my 4 pregnancies I always gained a large amount of weight (40-90lbs weight gain) then would loose it with a lot of hard work and dedication but that took a toll on my body.

THIS IS FOR ME. • I have always been shy about sharing pictures of myself in general let alone shirtless, vulnerable and open to criticism. But here it is! • This past year has had so many ups and downs, but lone behold here I am, STANDING TALL AND STRONG having pushed through the fire both mentally and physically with, persistence, consistency, perseverance and HARD WORK 👌🏻 • Now on this day, February 12, 2019 I can honestly say I feel the best I’ve ever felt FOR ME, and I’m ready to spread the love!! ❤️ • I want to thank each and every one of my gym friends and family who have pushed me along my journey @condorelectric @rychizz @steelwarrior_drouin @dan_bolddd @alexogrady11 to name a few. Everyone at #sackvillegoodlife @popeyessackville @bodybuildingcom .
