Okayyyy I’m officially 3.5 weeks out of my second physique competition. I just got done with my second phase of my at home lifting program. The first was building, second was bulking, and my next one starting tomorrow is my cut phase.
Which means starting carb cycling. Which is cutting out carbs (not entirely though, I still get 2 servings a day), less fruit, and much more protein. For me, working out is the easy part. Challenging myself to eat 100% is the hard part. And guys, I LOVE CARBS. I usually eat 2 waffles before my workout and my goodness wish me freaking luck these next 3 weeks
Last year I put NO expectations on myself and made it to top 10, so I really am not looking to stress myself out. However, I am looking to see what this body of mine can do 🤓
Overall I’ve gained 4 pounds and almost an inch on my biceps. I’ve definitely seen the most growth in my shoulders.
