Research is misinterpreted, or even worse, headlines are knowingly *tweaked* to grab attention and make us click! It is so important to dig a little deeper.⁣

I joke about my pizza love because it’s more interesting than talking about the massive piles of veggies and salads I eat on the daily. And in truth that salad was likely MORE CALORIES than my couple thin slices of pizza.🤭

I eat now based on how food makes me feel (bloated, energized, etc) and I don’t feel like I need to “cheat” because food isn’t bad.
That was a process I had to learn and yup, running helped because I used the same model of just taking it one little change at a time.

Chef @cozythompson did his thing in these shrimp burgers... These burgers are scrumptious! The shrimp was chopped mixed and molded with spices and fresh lemon for the perfect burger. Oh and that “special sauce” - whewwww it is the perfect match for a perfect burger...

Ein Klassiker, aber immer wieder gut! Nächste Mal mache ich nochmal weniger Kartoffeln, war doch etwas viel, aber den Teller nicht leer machen, kann ich dank meiner Erziehung nicht, es sei denn ich stehe kurz vorm platzen 🙄 danke, Mama 🙄🙄 Trotzdem hatte der ganze Teller nur 485kcal! Und war sehr sehr lecker!
