Having an eating schedule is important. 🕙 Making sure kids are hungry is important for making sure they eat what you offer.⠀

This is a sample schedule - not my specific schedule. The key is, the kitchen is closed in between these times. This gives kids time to get hungry. It also helps them feel less pressure. If they don't want to eat, they can wait for the next meal or snack!

Jennifer is AMAZING! I suffered with Frozen Shoulder for months trying to avoid conventional MD office visit. I am an RN and knew what the conventional path would have in store for me. Then to make matters worse, for no reason and without injury, my right knee began swelling which was accompanied by pain also. Just as I was losing hope due to the increasingly severe pain in my shoulder and the added knee issue, I found Jennifer at Therapeutic Modalities. I can’t begin to explain how much she helped me. Since my first appointment with her I have experienced significant pain relief. She is professional, understanding, honest and extremely skilled in myotherapy. My knee issue was completely resolved in 2 visits and the frozen shoulder (which can sometimes take 1-2 years to heal) was improved by 80% after 4 visits. Approximately 2 months later and my shoulder is 100% once again! I now continue to see her monthly for trigger point work to prevent any future problems. My position at work requires me to be in front of a computer for much of the day. My neck and shoulders get tight due to this. Jennifer can release the tension and her technique provides lasting relief. I can’t say enough good things about her.
