Week 6!!! This is the last week of the Transform program for me so I’ll be giving it my all.
Below is a picture of what 4 weeks of working out at home, eating clean (for the most part) and following the program did for me. Stronger more toned arms, firmer stomach area, stronger thighs (I mean, I could probably squish a cantaloupe with these thighs, maybe a small watermelon, maybe even nuts lol).
