There isn't anything more rewarding in my life right now than the sweat dripping down my back and forehead😂 Everyday I am working to be better, feel better, and do better. Waking up at 5am is not a breeze for me anymore. Today I crushed my workout alone on my living room later than planned. On week two I can honestly say this program works! The challenges we have weekly show more progress on my endurance doing the moves. Hard nonetheless😔 But hey, no pain no gain! It's a journey not a destination. 💪

Hey guys just wanted to share one of my full leg workouts:
Please please remember I have been working out/ doing legs for almost 3 years now so the amount a volume that I do might work for me but, not others so please keep that into consideration.
Nowwwww if you wanna try a killer booty workout then keep reading/ save this for you next booty day:
1. Squats- 5 sets total (15, 13, 12, 10, 10reps)  SS (super-set)  Banded squats- SQUEEZE AT THE TOP (20 reps)
2. Hip thrust- 4 sets total (15, 15, 12, 12reps)  SS  Single leg banded hip thrust (25 reps)  On my 4th set after doing both hip thrust and  single legged I did no weight banded regular hip thrust until I couldn’t do anymore
3. Smith machine sumo deadlifts-  3 sets total (15, 12, 12)  SS  Kickbacks- (15 reps fully extended and 12 reps half extended)
4. Hip adduction- (tri-set)  1st- Squatted (20 reps)  2nd- Traditionally (20 reps)  3rd- Seated all the way back (20 reps)  Repeated twice
5. Hip adduction- Drop set
6. Burn out:  Jumping squats  Side to side squats -Had to repeat twice because I didn’t do enough the first time

Here we see the athlete beautifully execute a 40 inch plyometric leap. The athletes body weight was distributed almost perfectly from heels, to mid foot, and finally through the toes with so much force it created an aesthetic hip flexion with the feet trajectory following the same Arc as the fan next to the Landing box. The landing was almost perfect as the athlete lands graceful as a feline while straightening his spine in a balanced way causing no energy leaks anywhere on his body as he even offers a little shimmy at the end LOL (@toddmytrainer) .

what I eat in a day 2🍽 -

DAY 2 OF NO SUGARS!!! 5 more days of this challenge. I decided for this week I would post a week of what I eat in a days..
9:45: Breakfast: Egg whites, spinach & blueberries
2:40: Lunch: Salad from sweetgreen (chicken, kale, spinach, avo, tomatoes, cucumbers)
5:30: Cashews 
7:00: Barre Class 
8:30: Dinner: Chicken burger, Zucchini, Carrots and Spinach 
I took an amazing barre class today and I so recommend adding it in your workout routines. It crazy how sore you feel from only 2 pound weights. My butt was burning by the end of the workout. If you don’t love barre than definitely try Pilates. Both are great for toning and creating lean/long muscles. -xoxo

Finally got to put together this morning’s #coreworkout ♥️ Busy day then came home and played with my little guy 😍 put him to bed 😴 and cleaned and meal prepped for him and my husband and I 🙌🏻 #workingmomlife isn’t easy but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I love my job helping/ treating patients, especially since it’s what I worked so hard for in college and now caring for my baby boy, but there just aren’t enough hours in the day and sometimes I feel like 🤯🤯 I have a tendency to take on too much but anytime I try to slow down... it doesn’t work! #workaholic 🤪 I know many of you feel the same and can definitely relate 💗 Sitting still just isn’t my thing ☺️

I was trying to post this the other day but IG was playing games 😂 Did a quick push-up & core workout after squatting and did exercise ball plank knee tucks into a a push-up and then did a 30 sec plank hold at the end. Did 3 sets of that and also did bosu ball push-ups which I love doing to hit different parts of your chest muscles and strengthen stabilizer muscles.

Day 9-felt good to do Yoga today, in order to gain ab strength I need to work on my flexibility & stretching.  I also did a 10 min ab workout which felt good but I noticed that I was fatiguing quickly.  That’s OK!!! It’s only the first #abworkout & I’ll be stronger by next week!!! All in all, a great day all around to include fitness, personal, fitness, and professional.  Everything is coming together like a jigsaw puzzle!!! 💯 I do have to say my body has been sore and achy all afternoon 🙁 but nothing a few ibuprofens won’t take care of!  #nopainnogain #sparkyfit #chaleneextreme #goals #determination #onedayatatime

Fall in love with taking care of your mind, body, and soul because in the end you are your longest relationship. 
Do something to strengthen your mind: crosswords, puzzles, read, learn something new, etc.

Do something to strengthen your body: learn to run, start a new exercise program, walk, fix your nutrition, etc.

Do something to strengthen your soul: yoga, meditation, if you're religious then re read your book of faith, reconnect with friends, laugh, etc.

Your body just isnt what's on the outside.

I’ve been hanging out with friends and eating goooood this spring break and I’ve caught myself getting upset with myself for having shorter workouts or eating food I wouldn’t normally eat and I just wanted to remind you that it’s okay to treat yourself once and awhile and to not be so hard on yourself💕 today’s workout was a quick run and some abs and tomorrow my workout will be more intense but today I’m focusing on having fun with friends🤪

Tag a friend and crush this! - Circuit 1 - 4 rounds (if you don’t have frisbees use gliders or paper plates or whatever will slide) A1. Frisbee pike - 20 reps A2. Floor back extension - 20 reps A3. Incline bench cable crunch - 20 reps A4. Reverse crunch - 20 reps A5. Hollow log leg raise - 20 reps - Circuit 2: 3 rounds (1 min rest between rounds) B1. Abs for absolutely anywhere!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Adding in abs has always been tough for me because somehow I always forget about em! I think that because i know abs get trained when doing other lifting i neglect them but, i’m finally trying to train them a few times each week! Maybe i’ll add some in each day between workouts next time! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Today I mixed together a few of my favorite ab workout that really make you feel the burn 🔥 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. push-ups x10
2. plank to toe touch x10 each side 
3. cross body toe touch x10 each side 
4. mountain climber to plank jacks x 5 of each 5 times 
5. single leg raise x10 each 
6. side crunches x10 each side 
7. bicycle holds x10 hold 5 sec each 
8. pilates 100 -pump the arms 100 times ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I did this after a full back and bicep day and I know i’ll be feeling it tomorrow!! Ab workouts like these are my favorite because you can do them anywhere at anytime and they usually get your heart rate up a bit! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’re like me and forget to do abs at the gym, do em while watching tv at night or when you want to snack because you’re bored (it’ll get your mind off of it)!! Adding in little bursts of exercises during the day somehow just really keeps me going!
