Started with a 50min treadmill interval that included both power walking and jogging at various inclines = (swipe left for workout)
Then finished off with a quick ab series.
4 sets of 10 (videos 🏼)
High/Low Wood Chop (each side)
Hanging Leg Raise Crunch
Weighted Oblique Crunch (each side)
20 Straight Leg Raises
20 Reverse Crunch
10 Bicycle crunches
As many rounds as possible in 6 minutes.
2 minute plank hold
