I would typically wake up before breakfast, warmup/cool down with Taekwondo, get on with the weights, and then rush back for a shower before hitting the breakfast buffet.
The exercise gear and Taekwondo shoes accompanies me wherever I go, it's light enough for carry on, backs up as swimwear, and washes and dries easily.
