True story🏿: so I’ve lost weight before lol. I lost about 40 pounds I think within 2 and a half years. I’ve been trying to get rid of all this my whole life but in 2013 @collinz_depablo introduced me to the gym. I started but I’m like eh heh? So we come here to just carry these metals around? Is it manual labor? Kmt. Then it was half ass lazy shit throughout. I played around . In 2015 I started being a bit serious because the idea of being buff was nice to me. From 2015 to end of 2017 I lost about 40 pounds within that period, I really didn’t know what I was doing but it’s like something was helping within those years. 2018 and BAM! It all came back potorrr basically because I didn’t learn how to do it the right way and I was really not consistent.
Now in the past 6 months I’ve lost 70 pounds. I lost more in 6 months than I did in 2 and a half years you know why? CONSISTENCY AND DESIRE! There’s an old adage from a local dialect in my country that translates to - “when you piss at one place that’s when it foams” . My mum said this to me when I was young and I was like wtf? Basically means find that spot and KNACK AM! Business, relationship, whatever but in this context weightloss. Find something that works for you and don’t let go. Don’t joke with consistency guys I beg!
