We are proud to tell you that the TPS Method Training for Life (TFL) seminar is almost here.
On Saturday August 17 from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm my team will take you through our TFL philosophy and the 7 Foundation exercises we teach.
This seminar is IDEAL for coaches, personal trainers, TPS gym members who are not powerlifters (but powerlifters are welcome too), and anyone that wants to be in their fittest and strongest.
Our TFL philosophy says that your training should prepare you for LIFE.
Whatever it throws at you, you can handle.
TFL gets you your strongest, most mobile, fittest, it adds muscle, shreds body fat and makes you a machine as long as you do the work.
This seminar will explain how.
We will feature:
Lecture: programming style explanation and how TFL works
Practical: we teach you the 7 Foundation Exercises
Q&A: Ask us anything, we’ll answer
What are the 7 Foundation exercises you ask?
They are the:
Turkish Get Up
These exercises build the foundation of a solid training program that will allow you to reach your goals.
We chose them for specific reasons and will explain why at the seminar.
ISSA CEU’s will apply for this, so if you are a personal trainer, strength coach, Physical Therapist or in a related field, I urge you to attend.
You’ll get CEU’s as well as practical information that you can put to use right away at work.
We’ve been “Training the Trainers” for 20 years now and I feel this will be our best seminar yet.
