Everything I prepped in advance on Sunday so I just had to pop in the oven or microwave. So good and convenient when I’m exhausted after work and can still eat healthy!
Day 1: Was Mississippi pot roast with mashed potatoes and peas. Soooo good! It’s all about #portioning and can still eat whatever I want! So good! 708 calories
Day 2: turkey taco 🌮 🥗 taco salads! Definitely one of my favorite meals! 4 oz ground turkey with lettuce, black beans, tomatoes, corn romaine and a little bit of ranch. 470 calories
Day 3: Slim sloppy joes on a slimwich 140 calorie bun, with roasted vegetables and romaine salad, carrots and onions with 30 calorie #olivegarden Italian dressing. So good and low calorie! 704 calories
Day 4: chicken lettuce wraps with brown rice and broccoli 🥦/cauliflower roasted mix. This Asian mix is so delicious and flavorful!! Even had 3 tbsp of yummy #pfchangs teriyaki sauce 608 calories
Day 5: ohh I’d been waiting for this day for awhile LOL! We had a work celebration dinner at Tepanyaki! I saved most of my calories for this night cause I wanted to be able to eat what I wanted. I got the chicken teriyaki. Sooo delicious!! I was able to eat the onion soup, salad with ginger dressing, fried rice, vegetables, and teriyaki chicken. #worthit 948 calories
Day 6: skinny orange chicken with rice and broccoli and corn. Love the flavors and the base is orange juice. 513 calories
Snack tonight: 100 calorie bar #yasso #chocolatechipcookiedough very delicious and a low calorie dessert. But still my favorite is the #lowcow #simpletruth birthday cake from Kroger.
