Just a quick hiit sweat sesh y’all can try! It’s a leg focused routine which I LOVE.
Fire hydrants, donkey kicks, curtsy lunges, side lunges (not pictured), and squat jumps. All for one minute each.
One minute rest between rounds. I did three rounds plus an ab circuit.
Leg raises, windshield wipers, and good ole fashioned prayer crunches. 30 secs each with 30 sec rest for three rounds.
It’s roughly about a 20 min circuit. Short, sweet and effective.
