Me today! When you're on overload, it's important to remember to take a few moments to get grounded, whether that's a few minutes of deep, controlled breathing, meditation, or just sitting still.
I also like to say (out loud) a list of things I HAVE accomplished today so far and the things I am Grateful for, so I don't get lost in the neverending list of things to do. It's a little rough, but when I think of Dory, it seriously helps. - 11 days ago
