Tonight’s #bootcamp class was so fun! We challenged ourselves through weight training. Switching up the workouts and tricking our muscles into new movements are great ways to build muscle, and get stronger. My personal intention with my class was to focus on building muscle. So, we used heavier weights with less reps. We focused on key muscles like the back, abs and glutes. (Oh, they’ll feel it by tomorrow, but it’ll be worth it! ) Great job guys and gals! I’m soo proud of you all for trying something new, and being intentional with the movements and workout.
