It’s important to know that you’re not defective or doomed to fail no matter what you do.
More likely you’ve got some old programmed messages that conﬂict with the new conditions you want to create.
You can achieve just about anything if you ﬁrst take the time to reprogram your subconscious mind!
Before I share with you how to reprogram your subconscious, it’s important to know that, the programming still continues to this day.
With every experience you have, you draw certain conclusions and store the messages that will guide your future actions.
But how to go about and reprogram your subconscious mind so it could collaborate with you in achieving your goals?
Here are few methods you can implement:1/ choose your environment and people you associate with wisely - surround yourself with only positive and successful people (try to stay away as much as possible from any form of negativity)
2/ visualization - the importance here is to feel joy and happiness while you visualize yourself being, having and experiencing what you desire
3/ affirmations - must be done daily (more often better)
4/ use binaural beats for reprogramming your subconscious mind - you can find them on YouTube
As with anything else with reprogramming your subconscious mind you need to be CONSISTENT AND PERSISTENT!
It takes time but at the end it’s so worthy!
