If you and a few friends are looking to get fitter, why not do it together and book a Group Training session?
A To B Group Training is a 60 minute circuit-based workout using a variety of equipment, including; free-weights, barbells, medicine balls, suspension trainers and battle ropes.
The exercises are easy to follow and can be adapted to your abilities, wether you’re a regular gym bunny or new to fitness.
Each session is limited to 4 people, meaning you won’t be lost amongst a crowd of other exercisers like you could in a class. I will ensure you are working out safely and to the best of your ability. Plus I’ll be at hand to assist or answer any questions that may arise. Just like in my 1:1’s.
Working in a group and often using teamwork during the sessions, is not only motivational, but some have even used the words “fun” and “enjoyable” to describe them (and no, they wasn’t bribed or threatened with burpees). So if you’d like to get fitter, stronger and have a good time under the supervision of a Personal Trainer at an affordable price, what have you got to lose?
