Another mainstay in my food itinerary every time I return to London, after La Petite Maison opened in Hong Kong (and apparently many of the London LPM chefs moved to Hong Kong to help with the restaurant there), it was certainly interesting to see how the original LPM fared!
With a strong focus on its quality of ingredients, it’s no surprise that their burrata and Datterini tomatoes were unbelievably fresh. The sweetness of the Datterini tomatoes together with the creamy burrata, what more can you ask for! Sometimes even the simplest of dishes can be truly outstanding if executed to near perfection!
