My health journey has been just that a journey! Two years ago January of 2017 I decided to stop wishing I was healthier and took action instead. This was the first time I took #keto seriously and began a workout routine. Fast forward I lost weight, inches of fat and got stronger, but LIFE can be very unpredictable. I recently sustained a work back injury which cause a tremendous amount of pain, difficulty with walking, sitting standing etc. sleep is not good these days as pain wakes me up in the middle of the night. I have anxiety about my future on a daily basis about my physical body, about my situation and wonder how I got to this ty place.
I may have to undergo surgery again! It’s a very frustrating thing as I went under the knife three years ago. Although I am grateful I am alive, going under the knife was the scariest thing I faced. So being on Keto helps me stay focused on the positive aspects of my life. - 7 hours ago
