#Throwback to the exhibition “Abstraction in Asia, from 1960 to nowadays" presented by the Galerie Vazieux in February 2019.
Where are the snows of yesteryear? Milk that passed the lips. The past but a little ash, the future but a tiny piece of ice. He contemplates the garden, hardly seeing it. He saw reality not its cause. Japanese artist Kenjiro Okazaki gives us so much more than just an abstract painting, he presents us with a poem on life, a poem to be read in a spirit of freedom and bliss. His art is a veritable fusion of writing and abstract painting.
